Onboarding is incredibly important at Lovia. When you can be productive from day one, that is a great feeling! That’s why we try to do our best to help you, but we don’t expect you to hit the ground running immediately.
Please feel free to participate in your team’s work in your first two weeks, but don’t feel like you have to contribute heavily.
